Saturday, February 27, 2016 -- PTQ meeting minutes
Vice President Karen A. called the meeting to order at 9:35.
A brief report on Lauren and her dad was given.
The results of the email voting for Fall Gathering projects were given. The bags made from fat quarters and the row marker pins have been the top vote earners. Carol brought fat quarters to begin work on the bag project at sit-n-sew today. Gwen is in process of organizing the supplies order for the row marker pins.
Suggestion was made that projects not selected could be made and donated as door prizes or for the silent auction.
Fall Gathering T-shirts: Marianne brought the catalog for ordering T Shirts. Three button collared shirts are available. The guild discussed purchasing the “penny” type smock apron with small ties on each side as used in retail settings. Suggestion was made that a dozen of these be ordered, imprinted, and placed in the guild supplies to be used by members for any events. Karen appointed Marianne and Naomi to come before the guild with a presentation for a vote.
