Barn Quilt Commissioning:
Judy S. made a motion that IF the Columbus Arts Council agrees to accept our gift of an 8 ft. square painted quilt block to hang on the building facing 5th St. that we, Possum Town Quilters, agree to commission Rita Williams to paint said 8 ft. quilt block for the sum of $500.
Motion was seconded by Lauren H.  Discussion included cost of hanging the block and the block pattern.  Judy has purchased a block kit for the pattern and volunteered to make the fabric quilt to hang inside the Arts Council IF the outdoor block is accepted.
Guild motioned to reimburse Judy for quilt fabrics and supplies.
