March 3, 2012 PTQ Meeting
As we needed to get more brochures printed for pilgrimage and since we moved our regularly scheduled meeting to the 4th week in March, we called a brief meeting to order at the sit and sew today.
Fourteen members and one visitor were present.
JoAnne S. motioned that we ask Judy Stokes to have more brochures printed at the same place that did them before (as to save set up costs). It was seconded by Betty Bridges. Passed by unanimous vote.
Judy then passed around the paper for signing up for pilgrimage. Meeting was adjourned and we went back to sewing.
