July 11, 2026 Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order.
We had a new visitor named Karen Evans join us today.
Shannon read the treasurers report. Jennifer and Judy S. motioned and seconded to accept as read.
Karen C. and Patti M. motioned and seconded to accept the minutes as posted on the Blog.
Karen C. announced that there are still classes open if you are interested in taking them at the MQA summer gathering (August 7-8). Cut off for signing up for the classes is July 28th and cut off for meals is July 21st. Be sure to check them out at mqa.clubexpress.com
Joncie's class will be held from 9 to 4 on July 25th. The cost for the ruler and pattern is $38 plus tax. You will need them to take the class. Also if you want to get the Wonder Wand tool its and extra $8 plus tax. To prepare for class be sure to cut enough of your fabric to make at least one block in the class time.
Judy will bring the ornaments for our Library Christmas Tree next month.
CC did a quick demo on how to make three different types of "quilty" Christmas ornaments.
